This is the root בל or בול spoken of in v. 2 of this chapter, verbalized by the initial adjunction י . (The Hebraic Tongue Restored, Fabré d’Olivet, pp. 141)

This root is בל, which, composed of the sign of interior action ב, joined to that of expansive movement ל, expresses all ideas of expansion, dilation and tenuity. MQNH is an incarnated capacity of QYN, with the sign of exterior action and life.
