309. אחר achar, aw-khar´; a primitive root; to loiter (i.e. be behind); by implication to procrastinate:—continue, defer, delay, hinder, be late (slack), stay (there), tarry (longer).

310. אחר achar, akh-ar´; from 309; properly, the hind part; generally used as an adverb or conjunction, after (in various senses):
